The course
Built over ten years
Our coaching team has refined this course over about ten years. Sessions run from the clubhouse on Beldams Lane, using the club field and local off-road tracks. Places are first come, first served.
Is it for me?
- A complete beginner
- Returning after a few years away
- A Couch to 5K graduate
To start, you should be able to power walk for 30–60 minutes and jog for a minute without stopping. Sessions get longer each week, so you’ll need to practise 3–4 times a week.
Already comfortable running 10K? You’ll probably get more from joining the club and coming to our regular coached sessions.
